An apology of dots

The killing and suppressing of the native aboriginals has always been the big issue in Australia. Most australians are embarrassed for what their ancestors did, especially since it wasn't really that long ago.

So, I came up with an idea to help them express their apologies towards the aboriginal population. It's a campaign where all (white) aussies are urged to go to a website for the purpose.
The website itself would just be a huge, white space where every visitor could put a coloured dot that represents them. The visual language of making images out of dots is borrowed from the aboriginal style of painting, which would lend some symbolism to the project.

I find it thrilling to think of what would emerge. Would people create patterns, symbols, maps and faces, or would it just be an ocean of different coloured dots?
